As a reminder - dealer membership entitles one person from your company to attend events, eat lots of good food, take part of our education, and meet new friends FOR FREE! Want to bring a second attendee? See below...

• You DO NOT need to call the hotel to reserve a room. When you register for the event, Azione will work with the hotel to get you a room in our block using the arrival and departure dates you note
• Approximately 3 weeks before the event, Azione will email you your hotel confirmation number and additional event details
• You will be asked for a credit card upon check-in for any incidentals or charges Azione does not cover
• Azione covers one hotel room for two (2) nights for one dealer member attendee per company 
• Vendor member attendees are responsible for the cost of their hotel rooms for the duration of their stay. Azione will make the reservation in our block for you at our negotiated rate. Room charges will be billed to the credit card you present upon check-in. Azione will cover the meals for the first attendee. 

Additional company attendees are welcome to attend at a cost equal to our cost of the extra person:

• Dealer companies - Second attendee, requesting their own room - cost is $1,200
• Dealer companies - Second attendee, sharing a room with the first attendee - cost is $600
• Vendor companies – Additional attendees will be billed $600 each to cover all meals and meeting registration costs.
• Spouse or significant other - Friends of Azione Event, Team Events, Breakfast, and Dinners - cost is $300

• NEW!! The event starts for both Dealers and Vendors at 2:00 pm MT on Tuesday, March 7th
• The ends for both Dealers and Vendors at 12:15 pm MT on Thursday, March 9.
  • Optional lunch available after closing.
• An optional golf tournament is open to all members on Thursday afternoon
• Attendees are responsible for the costs of getting to and from the event location
