The Inflation Reduction Act has made headlines because it is our country's biggest investment ever ($369B) in energy efficiency and decarbonization. Everyone knows it is big, but few understand all the different ways consumers will be able to take advantage of the financial incentives. This class will provide clarity around the different kinds of incentives and distinguish between what has already launched and what will be launching later this year or early next year. Further, the class will help clarify the role of each state in developing their programs. Additionally, you will learn about the specific requirements that will apply to the state and federal programs. The last segment of the presentation will address the question of how best to position your business to maximize benefits from the IRA.
