I’ve registered for the conference. Now what?

Once registered, you should receive a confirmation email confirming your attendance. Once confirmed, hang tight as we’ll be emailing you event details leading up to the conference.

Piece of cake! Simply log in to your online registration and make your changes as soon as possible so we can relay updates to the respective individual(s).

Nope! When we sign a contract, we book a block of rooms for the entire group. Once you register, we assign you to our block.

While registering, select the check-in and check-out dates for your entire stay. We will book the reservation for you so you will not have to switch rooms. 

Any nights that are not covered by Azione Unlimited will be billed to the credit card tendered for incidentals upon check-in. Contact events@azionegroup.com for additional questions.

Yes! While completing your registration, you can add your guest. Guests will incur a fee of $950, which covers all meals, cocktail parties, and our special guest event. 

Check-in begins at 3pm. The hotel will accommodate early arrivals as best as possible, but early check-in is not guaranteed. Check out is at 11am. 

Overnight self parking is $35 per day + $2.25 charging rate per hour for electric during meeting dates.

After February 26th, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $950.

Please wear business casual for all events.
