Learning at Every Level is your hub for practical, role-based training through the Nationwide Learning Academy. We currently offer focused programs in leadership and selling, with plans to expand into other key areas of the retail store. Our goal is to provide meaningful education that supports every stage of team development—from new hires to seasoned professionals. Each course is built with input from our Members, ensuring the content is relevant, actionable, and aligned with the real challenges retailers face. As we grow our library, we remain committed to helping you build stronger teams and drive long-term success.
Leaders at Every level:
Leaders at Every Level is designed in partnership with FranklinCovey® to empower current and future leaders with the skills, insights, and strategies needed to succeed. Whether you’re already in a leadership role or preparing to step into one, this program provides the foundation for long-term success.
• Duration: 6 months
• Format: Live virtual classes with peer interaction
• Schedule: 1-hour sessions held bi-weekly
• Time Commitment: ~2.5 hours every two weeks
• Content Focus:
-The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People
-The 6 Critical Practices for Leading a Team
• Start Dates: New classes begin each April and September

Selling at every level:
Selling at Every Level is a fast-paced, two-week course designed to equip new and developing sales associates with the core skills and knowledge needed to succeed on the sales floor. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to sharpen your skills, this program lays the foundation for confident, customer-focused selling.
• Duration: 2 weeks, beginning the first Monday of each month

• Bonus Content:
• Optional Category 101 Classes in appliance, furniture, bedding, and electronics
• Brand-agnostic overview designed to build a strong foundation for future brand-specific training

• Week 2: 4–8 hours (based on selected 101 classes)
