You must reserve your room through Nationwide Marketing Group to receive the special group rate. Hotel reservations can be made during your PrimeTime registration. You must make your reservation by February 12, 2024, to receive the special group rate.  

A valid credit/debit card is required to guarantee your hotel reservation. Your credit card may be charged one night’s stay plus tax approximately 30 days prior to your arrival as a deposit.  

Reservation cancellations must be made in writing to events@nationwidegroup.org on or before February 23, 2024, to avoid the hotel penalty. 

After February 23rd:

  • The penalty to cancelling your registration to attend PrimeTime event will be $350 per registration.
  • The penalty to reducing your room nights or cancelling your hotel reservation will be equal to one night's hotel charges including taxes even if you still plan to attend PrimeTime.

No-Show Fee: If you fail to arrive at the hotel on the date you requested, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your room reservation and charge one night’s stay including taxes and you will be charged a cancellation fee of $350 per registration.

Early Departure Fee: Upon arrival, the Front Desk will verify your departure date. Should you depart earlier than your agreed departure date you may be subject to an early departure fee.

Upon check-in at the hotel, you must present a valid US-issued photo ID or passport and a credit/debit card in your name. If the room charge is paid for, the guest will have two options for their incidental deposit. If the room charges are not paid for, the guest will be responsible for the room, taxes, and one of the following options for an incidental deposit. 

INCIDENTAL DEPOSIT OPTIONS:

-$150 minimum deposit will allow the guest to access their in-suite amenities (Phone/Movies/Refreshment Center)

-$150 per day deposit will allow the guest to charge back to their suite, in addition to the in-suite amenities listed above.

The hotel will authorize your credit card/put a hold on your debit card for a total amount to include all room night charges, incidentals and applicable taxes. Any unused amount will be released at the time of check-out.

 

The current hotel occupancy tax in Clark County is 13.38%. Taxes are subject to change without notice.

Rates do not include a daily resort fee of $36 plus applicable tax per night,  payable upon check-in.

The Resort Fee includes: access for two to the fitness facility within Canyon Ranch® (access to the wet area is an additional charge),  in-suite Internet access (Wi-Fi or Ethernet), boarding pass printing, unlimited local and toll-free calls, and access to thousands of top magazines and newspapers via free PressReader app. Exclusions may apply. 

Rollaway beds may be available complimentary or at an additional charge depending on room type. If needed, it is recommended that you make the request in advance.

The Venetian has a check-in time of 3:00pm local standard time and check-out time is 11:00am local standard time. 

Upon check-in, you may store your luggage at no charge with the Bell Desk if your room is not quite ready. If you would like to request a late check-out, please do so the morning of your departure with the Front Desk. Additional charges may apply for extended check-outs.  

Preferred room type, location and specific amenities are on request basis only as actual suites are not assigned until check-in.  

Hotel group rates apply to single or double occupancy. Additional occupants may be subject to an additional fee per person per night (maximum of four guests per room).  

United Airlines is offering a discount for PrimeTime  2% and 8% depending on the class of service booked. You may book by either:

Delta Airlines is offering discounts of 2%, 5% and 10% depending on the class of service.

Need to rent a scooter? The Venetian utilizes the Desert Medical for any scooter or medical supplies needs. They can be reached at 702-876-9171 or online.

The daily fee for registered hotel guests is $18/day, seven days a week. For non-hotel guests, rates start at $15 for up to four hours, Monday – Thursday. Four to 24 hours is $18, Monday – Thursday. The fee for non-hotel guests is $23/day Friday – Sunday. Valet parking remains $35/day.

Las Vegas in March has daytime highs that average around 72 F and overnight lows average around 39 F. 

Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) is the most convenient choice when flying into PrimeTime. From there, it’s about an 15-minute drive/ride to the Venetian.

Airport Check-In: In general, the airlines and the Transportation Security Administration recommend that passengers arrive at the airport at least two (2) hours before domestic flights. This allows ample time for you to check-in for your flight, check baggage and go through security screening. If you need to park, return a rental car or ride a shuttle from the airport parking area, be sure to include extra time for that. 

To accommodate our guest needs to the fullest, The Venetian Resort and  The Venetian Expo has provided designated pickup and drop off location for rideshare services.

Nationwide PrimeTime is targeted by scammers offering to book hotel rooms for PrimeTime, claiming access to membership lists, or other sales pitches. Please note that hotel rooms in the group block may ONLY be booked through PrimeTime registration and Nationwide Marketing Group does NOT sell its member information. Beware of fraudulent companies offering different hotel rates or requesting reservation and/or payment information.
