Jason is the Founder of I am Sayen, a consulting company focused on helping organizations shift from operating out of their head and into a systemized process through Workflow Documentation. He is a Process Architect and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt on a mission to help his clients align teams, streamline operations, and build a foundation for scaling through effective process improvement initiatives designed to improve operations.

With over 27 years of experience in the Consumer Electronics Industry, Jason has spent over two decades working at CEDIA Manufacturers (AudioControl, JL Audio, Kaleidescape, Savant), a National Distributor and an award winning Rep Firm in multiple leadership roles.

Jason participates at ProSource, HTSA and Azione annual conferences to help business owners utilize the tools of Lean Six Sigma to increase efficiencies in their organization and teaches a course, “Does your work flow?” at CEDIA Expo.

In addition to his consulting work, Jason actively contributes to the industry as a CEDIA Expo Instructor and in the past, held key roles on committees as a volunteer and was the lead Instructor of the COI Certification program for over 2 years.
