Travel Incentives for Member Companies
We want to help make attending Let’s Connect as affordable as possible. Member Companies booking within our group block at The Westin Long Beach can take advantage of the following incentives:
All Member Companies:
- Stay: Book Sunday Night in the group block
- How it works: Pay the full room rate upfront, then collect an on-site check for up to $93.44—bringing your effective rate down to $149/night.
- Additional nights/rooms: At the Member Company’s expense at the full rate (see below).
- Covered parking: Daytime & Overnight (Sunday) self-parking paid by United Stores Corporation.
- Parking rates:
- Overnight self-parking: $37
- Overnight valet: $49
- Daytime valet: $18
Room Rates:
- Sunday Night (group block rate): $209 + 16% tax = $242.44/night (Tax subject to change without notice)
Member Companies Located 150+ Miles from United Stores Headquarters:
- Stay: Book Sunday and/or Monday Nights in the group block
- How it works:
- Pay full amount upfront, then collect $93.44 per night on-site (up to $186.88 for two nights—effective $149/night rate).
- PLUS: Receive a $250 flight credit to help offset travel costs.
- Maximum benefit: Up to $436.88 back (2-night stay + flight credit).
- Additional nights/rooms: At the Member Company’s expense at the full rate.
- Covered parking: Daytime & Overnight self-parking paid by United Stores Corporation.
- Parking rates:
- Overnight self-parking: $37
- Overnight valet: $49
- Daytime valet: $18
Local Dealers Not Needing A Room:

Covered parking: Daytime-only self-parking paid by United Stores Corporation.
Note: Incentives apply to one room per Member Company. Attendance at both the Chapter Meeting on Sunday and the Expo on Monday is required to receive your incentive. Checks will be distributed at the Expo on Monday morning.
