The event will kick off with a Chapter Meeting followed by a Welcome Reception on Day 1. Then, get ready for a dynamic Day 2 featuring an exciting Vendor Showcase at the Expo—it’s a can’t-miss experience!

Travel Incentives:

• Limit one incentive per Member Company

• Attendance at both the Chapter Meeting Sunday and the Expo on Monday is required

• Incentive checks will be available for pick-up at the Expo on Monday Morning

The Hotel Cutoff is Monday, September 28th 2026 and reservations must be made during the event registration process.

Members, credit card information will be collected in the registration process to cover any incidentals, no-show/late cancellation charges, and/or any additional rooms/room nights requested.

For traveling purposes, Members should arrange to arrive on the Morning of Sunday, October 25th, and depart the late afternoon of Monday, October 26th after the expo closes (1:00 PM PST). Displaying vendors should arrange to arrive in time to set up your space on Sunday Morning between 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM and Nondisplaying vendors by Monday Morning for set-up between 7:00 AM -9:00 AM.
