Yes! Nationwide will be covering 2 room nights for members only**, October 27-29. If you are interested in extending, please reach out to NMG Events at events@nationwidegroup.org so they can check hotel availability & room rates.

Please note at check-in you will be asked to present a credit card for any additional nights and/or incidentals.  

**(Vendors will be responsible for there own accommodations/travel arrangements)  

All attendees will be responsible to making their own arrangements to/from the airport to the hotel. Transportation will be provided for any off property events, except for the Merchandise Market which is a short walk from the hotel.

On-site Valet Parking Available $84 nightly rate.

There are two major Chicago airports: O'Hare International Airport and Midway International Airport.

O'Hare International Airport (ORD) - about 45 min from Downtown Chicago.

Midway International Airport (MDW) - about 35-45 min from Downtown Chicago.

Attire for the trip is Business Casual.
