Nashville International Airport (BNA) is the most convenient choice when flying into PrimeTime. From there, it’s about a 15-minute drive/ride to the Convention Center.

Airport Check-In: In general, the airlines and the Transportation Security Administration recommend that passengers arrive at the airport at least two (2) hours before domestic flights. This allows ample time for you to check in for your flight, check baggage, and go through security screening. If you need to park, return a rental car, or ride a shuttle from the airport parking area, be sure to include extra time for that. 

You must reserve your room through the Nationwide Marketing Group website to receive the advertised group rate. Hotel reservations can be made during your PrimeTime registration. You must make your reservation by July 17th to receive the special group rate.

A valid credit/debit card is required to guarantee your hotel reservation. Your credit card may be charged a deposit equal to one night's stay plus tax approximately 30 days prior to your arrival by the hotel.

Reservation cancellations must be made in writing to events@nationwidegroup.org on or before Friday, August 3, to avoid the registration and hotel cancellation penalty.

After August 3, 2026:

• The penalty for cancelling your registration to attend the PrimeTime event will be $350 per registration.
• The penalty for reducing your room nights or cancelling your hotel reservation will be equal to one night's hotel charges, including taxes, even if you still plan to attend PrimeTime.

No-Show Fee: If you fail to arrive at the hotel on the date you requested, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your room reservation and charge a one-night stay, including taxes, and you will be charged an event cancellation fee of $350 per registration.

Early Departure Fee: Upon arrival, the Front Desk will verify your departure date. Should you depart earlier than the departure date you provided, you may be subject to an early departure fee from the hotel.

At check-in, guests are required to present a valid U.S.-issued photo ID or passport, along with a credit or debit card in their name.

If the room charges have already been covered, the hotel will place a hold on the guest’s card for incidentals. If the room has not been prepaid, the hotel will authorize the guest card for the full estimated stay, including room nights, taxes, and incidentals.

Any unused funds will be released upon check-out.

The current hotel occupancy tax in Nashville is 15.25%. Taxes are subject to change without notice.

Rollaway beds may be available complimentary or at an additional charge, depending on room type. If needed, it is recommended that you make the request in advance, as not all hotels have this option.

All hotels in our block have a standard check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to availability. Please note that additional fees may apply.

If your room is not ready upon arrival, you may store your luggage at the Bell Desk at no additional charge. To request a late check-out, please contact the Front Desk the day before your departure. Extended check-outs are also subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

Please note that preferred room types, locations, and specific amenities are not guaranteed and are based on availability at check-in, as room assignments are finalized at that time.

How do I download the app?
To access the PrimeTime Mobile App, please download Attendee Mobile from the Google or Apple store. Search for Nationwide PrimeTime, and then find the event for August 2026.

How do I log in?
Click the settings image in the top left corner. At the top, click Login. Use the email and password you used to register for PrimeTime. 

How do I make my own schedule?
You must be logged in to create your personal agenda. Tutorial video here. Once in the schedule tab, click on the session you are interested in. You will then see the option with the session details to add the session to your agenda, and click the Clock Icon > Add to My Agenda. You can also remove sessions from your agenda. Oops, I’m logged in to March 2026 PrimeTime. How do I change events?
Click the settings image in the top left corner. Scroll to the bottom and click on Change App. Then, search PrimeTime and find the current show listing. Click on the one you want, and you will see the current show! Tutorial video here.
