Cancellation within 72 hours of your original arrival date will incur a cancellation penalty in the amount of one night's room and tax. 

You must reserve your room through our registration website to receive the advertised group rate. To receive the special group rate, please complete your reservation by March 26th, 2026. Any changes or cancellations must be communicated via email to events@nationwidegroup.org and must be made before April 10th to avoid hotel cancellation penalty.
 

Early Departure Fee: Upon arrival, the Front Desk will verify your departure date. Should you depart earlier than the departure date you provided, you may be subject to an early departure fee from the hotel.

Coronado Island Marriott Resort's rate is $335.79 (Taxes and fees included)
Additional nights are available before and after the event for those who wish to extend their stay or travel with family.

If you’re flying in, San Diego International Airport (SAN) is located just 7.5 miles from the Coronado Island Marriott Resort & Spa. Taxis and rideshares (Uber/Lyft) are readily available, with average fares of approximately $32 for taxis and $35 for rideshares.

Attire for the event is business casual. 

Please note that a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room and tax will apply if the reservation is canceled within 14 business days prior to the event.

No-Show Fee: If you fail to arrive at the hotel on the date you requested, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your room reservation and charge a one-night stay, including taxes.
