AZIONE FLAGSHIP SPECIFICS

  • Azione’s Flagship National Conference is four days and three nights located at the InterContinental San Diego. Visit our FAQ page to learn more. 

  • Azione will reserve a room in our hotel block using the arrival and departure dates you indicate during registration. You DO NOT need to call the hotel to reserve a room.  
     

  • We will send hotel confirmation once registration is complete. Additional details and hotel confirmation numbers will be sent to the email address registered approximately a week prior to the event. Please add events@azionegroup.com to your contact list to ensure you receive any event communications. 
     

  • The last day to secure a hotel room is February 19, 2027 (or upon hotel sell-out, whichever comes first) 
     

  • After February 26, 2027, any cancellations or no-shows will result in a fee of $950  

Registration & Pricing

Dealer Members 

Azione covers (1) hotel room for (3) nights for (1) attendee per company. This includes all meals, cocktail parties, and special activities on the agenda. Please note a credit card required at check-in for incidentals. 
 

Vendor Members 

Vendor members are billed for their hotel room, reserved at our negotiated rate, at check-in. The number of attendee badges included varies by membership level: 

Bronze & Silver Members: (1) Attendee Badge Included, (2) Attendee Badges Max 

Gold & Platinum Members: (2) Attendee Badges Included, (3) Attendee Badges Max 

*Attendee badges include meals, cocktail parties, and agenda activities. 
 

Bringing a guest or more of your team?  

Additional attendees are welcome at Azione's discounted rates. Additional badge fees include all meals, cocktail parties, and special activities across our three-day agenda: 

  • Attendance + Additional Room: $2,100.00 

  • Attendance ONLY (Shared Room):  $950  

  • Guest & Spouse Attendance - $950  

*Members will be invoiced for additional attendance post-conference. 
 

Travel & Stay 
Attendees are responsible for the cost associated with getting to and from the meeting location.
